"Funeral services for Margaret K. (Peg) Zanger, 67, Apt. No. 1, Canterbury
Court, were held Friday morning in the Frain Mortuary. She died at 8:03 p.m.
June 7 in Pulaski Memorial Hospital.
Born March 4, 1916 in Winamac, she was the daughter of George and Olive Jane Pattison McLaughlin and resided most of her
life in the area. She married Harry Kocher in 1943 who died in October of 1944.
She married Walter C. Zanger in June of 1947 who died May 24, 1972.
She was employed at Sterling Drug and formerly at Stombaugh
Drug.
She was a member of the St. Peter's Catholic Church and Tri
Chi Sorority.
Survivors include: three daughters, Jane Kocher Zanger,
Milwaukee, WI, Maggy Zanger, Tuscon (sic), AZ and Susan Zanger, Quincy, CA; two
sons, John, Milwaukee, and Gerry, Fayetteville, AR; three grandchildren.
Two sisters and one brother preceded her in death.
Rev. Albert Reed officiated at the services and burial was
in St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery."
